Services Provided
- Our services are delivered based on the package selected by you, the Client.
Deliverables and Timeline
- Final documents are typically delivered within 2-3 business days upon receipt of all necessary information.
- During busy periods, this may extend to 5-7 business days. We will keep you informed of any potential delays.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required before work begins.
- Payments must be processed in the agreed currency using one of the following methods:
- EFT (Bank Transfer) to our Nedbank account in South Africa
- Wise (for international clients)
- SWIFT transfer details available on request
Confidentiality and Data Protection
- The CV Studio complies with relevant data protection laws, including POPIA and GDPR.
- Your personal information will be processed lawfully and securely and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent unless required by law.
Non-Disclosure and Intellectual Property Rights
- The materials we provide are for your personal use only.
- You may share your documents with recruiters and potential employers, but you may not:
- Copy
- Redistribute
- Alter the content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Termination
- Either party may terminate the service with written notice if the other fails to adhere to these terms.
- Due to the personalised nature of our services, refunds cannot be issued once work has commenced.
Limitation of Liability
- The CV Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for our services.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, where The CV Studio is registered.
- Any disputes will be resolved in South African courts.
Acceptance of Terms
- By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
